Vanish-Lite is recommended as a top thread for all home machines and bobbin thread for all machines.
Vanish-Lite Water Soluble Thread is a lightweight material that effortlessly dissolves in water. To extend the life of your thread it's recommended that you keep it in a plastic bag or something with a seal. Areas with high humidity may damage or cause the thread to be less effective.
Each spool of Vanish-Lite Water Soluble Thread contains 2000-yards.
I really like the fact that the stitching disappears when wettened. No more tedious seam joining with my ITH quilt blocks.

I bought this to Frankenstein scraps of wss stabilizer. I have sewn some together and it stitched fine. Haven't used it in a project yet, but expect it to work fine since I did a melt test of a small string of the thread. This will be more cost effective than using wss tape for sure, but takes more time. Trade off, I guess since it takes time to tape pieces together.
