Love the pattern.
I could not find the file from the bar code or email address printed on the packaging. I finally found it on your site but before I did I wrote to you asking why the link you provided on the George 3.0 packaging went to a 404 page and I got no answer. This suggests you do not really have the best customer service and as such I will be hesitant to order from your company again.
Hi Steven, Sorry about that. We did change the QR Code and are adding a PDF document with the new QR code for the Free Trimmer Case Download in each shipment, but we must of missed putting that in your shipment that would have made you aware of the change. I love this ruler! I’m making a quilt as you go blocks and I have 50 to cut. I tried using my fabric ruler and cut right through the seam, I had to remake the block. I ordered this rule and cut all 50 blocks within 45 minutes and did not cut through any seams! I’m glad I bought it.
