Turkey Trot has three adorable turkeys with appliqued Dresden Plate tails. The pumpkin pie border makes this the ideal Thanksgiving wall hanging for your home or as a hostess gift.
Comes in two sizes: 5" & 8"

I really like the pattern and am working on the larger one. I am able to fit the turkeys in a 150x150 hoop. If done carefully, you can get all 4 corners in one hooping. You need to watch the physical layout so the sides that will have the batting trimmed completely can be embroidered next to each other and below each other. I am moving on to the side borders and will get 2 in a hoop.
The one negative comment is the size of the fabric to be cut for the 8” size. The background fabric can be reduced to 6.75” at most. The corners can be cut at 3.75” square at most. When done, I will post a pic.
I also used more than 4 fabrics for the feathers and c.hanged up between turkeys.
I love this fun design! Haven’t sewn it yet but I have all supplies I need!!
