This multi-purpose tool is perfect for trimming any quilt-as-you-go blocks. Our 4½” x 12½” acrylic ruler has a sturdy crimped aluminum edge. I embroider a lot of in the hoop projects. I thought I had trimming down pretty well, but this trimmer has made it so much easier. The metal edge really helps you get the backing trimmed off close to the edge of the project. Then you just flip and trim the rest of the project.
After ruining borders for quilting for the seasons I’m glad I got trimmer by George. It worked great.
