Our Dealer of the Week is Sewtime Sewing Centers in Oakland Gardens New York!

At Sewtime we carry sewing machines- Pfaff-Brother-Elna- Janome-Singer and Necchi. We repair any machine, any brand any age. We are called the dinosaur store because my dad Leon Fells started our business over 85 years ago.
We carry fabrics and sewing supplies, from quilting to garments, buttons to zippers etc.
Embroidery is what we specialize in, cutting edge software and classes.

We love all aspects of our business, love our customers who come through our door , from all walks of life and from all over the world.
We love to spend time with our customers teaching them from choosing colors of fabric, to creating their own embroidery designs.
We are always looking for the next new and exciting projects.

"Hoopsisters was a great addition to our classes. The choice of designs and digitizing took us to a new level. We have done embroidered quilts before, but not as exciting as hoopsisters.
And introducing it to our customers, made them feel like they were joining a club,a kindred sprite.
What we found that was so amazing, when each of our customers, did a beautiful hoopsister quilt and none of them looked alike, just from fabric and thread change, it made them look different from each other. Battlizer is the word in our shop, it is being used in so many embroideries. People could not get over, doing it all in the hoop, they were amazed, and then of course the special cutters to make it easy to put together to perfection."
