When taking your photo:

- Do not lay over a couch or bed

- Take a straight on shot of front only

- Submit only 1 photo

- The best way to take the photo is to hang your quilt on the wall

Deadline to submit your photo: September 1st, 2015

Email should include:

- Attached Photo (jpg) format

- Your first name

- City, State

By emailing your photo and information you consent to letting us use your photo in our Cyber Quilt Show that may be posted on our website, YouTube and social media platforms.
