USB/CD Purchases: Un-open packages good for exchange only of same design if returned within 10 days of purchase. No refunds or substitutions of opened materials.
Replacement of Lost or Stolen Products: HOOPSISTERS will not be held responsible for lost or stolen USBs CDs, electronic downloads or printed materials. A replacement fee will apply and is determined at the discretion of HOOPSISTERS management. Replacing lost or stolen products may require the original purchaser to pay full replacement cost to obtain new products.
Electronic Downloads: A downloaded product is considered an opened product; therefore, no refund or exchange is allowed. In case of an unsuccessful download attempt, please contact HoopSisters via email at: info@hoopsisters.com or 866-497-4068 Monday through Friday 10:00 am – 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time within 10 days of purchase.
